- Experience - You must have at least three years in a recognised institution
- Qualifications - A Bachelors Degree from a recognised institution is the minimum requirement; for Managerial level and above, Masters is essential.
- Specialties in high demand include Midwifery; ICU; Nursing Administration; Oncology; Surgical; Paediatrics; Recovery; Emergency.
